Vi har hälsat på i förskolan och delat ut leksaker till barnen. De fick bilar, bilmatta, dockor och docksängar att leka med. De äldre eleverna fick rastaktivitetssaker. Vi har också haft möjlighet att gå runt till klasserna på skolan. Då sjöng eleverna för oss och vi delade ut pepparkakor sponsrade av Alexius Livs Öckerö. Vi har varit på studiebesök på olika lektioner. Det var intressant och inspirerande. Lärarna har verkligen ett kreativt tänk och gör ett fantastiskt jobb med få materiella resurser. Det känns roligt att samarbeta och lära känna våra kollegor på LWPS. Idag har vi delat ut fotbollar från Nimbus söndagsskola. Eleverna var väldigt glada för bollarna och de sparkades högt upp i luften. Rektor Maria och rektor Evelyn har samtalat om våra läroplaner och diskuterat skillnader och likheter mellan skolsystemen. Idag fick vi möjlighet att berätta för eleverna om vår skola. Vi berättade om våra musikaler och när vi spelade ett klipp ifrån "En värld full av liv" så sjöng alla barnen med.

We have visited the pre-primary school and have given the toys we had as presents for the children. The smallest children got cars, a carpet to drive cars at, dolls and dolls beds. The older children got things to play with at breaktimes. We also had gingerbread cockies as we had got from the local supermarket Alexius Livs on our island Ockero. We have been visition different lessons. That has been interesting and inspiring. The teachers has a creative thinking about their lessons and does a good job though they have few materielle resources. It is really fun to cooperate and come to know our colleagues at LWPS. Today we gave the footballs from the sunday school in the church Nimbus. The pupils where happy for the footballs and those where kicked high. The principles Maria and Evelyn talked about our syllabuses and differences and similatiries between our schoolsystems. Today we also told the pupils abut our school. We also told about our musicals and when we showed a part of the musical "A world full of life" all the children knew the song en joined singing. We sure looks odd and that is quite fun because the word for original and odd person is the same in swedish :) We have no problem with that. We still want to be original thought some maybe thinks that is odd. It is okey for us.
